These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at doseclose.com and any related pages (the "Website"). The Website is operated by TruScripts LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as DoseClose ("DoseClose," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. Who may use the Website

The Website is intended for healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals, and other business visitors in the United States. It is not directed to patients or consumers seeking medical care. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about DoseClose and its medication reconciliation software for healthcare organizations. The Website is not the DoseClose product. Access to and use of the DoseClose platform is governed solely by separate written agreements between DoseClose and its clients, including any applicable Business Associate Agreement. Nothing on the Website creates a client relationship or any obligation to provide services.

4. Not medical advice

The content on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified healthcare provider. Do not rely on the Website to make clinical decisions. If you have questions about a medication or medical condition, consult a healthcare professional. In a medical emergency, call 911.

5. Do not submit patient information

Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or any other information that identifies a patient through the Website, its forms, or by email to us in connection with a website enquiry. The Website and its forms are intended for business enquiries only and are not designed or intended to receive PHI. If you submit such information despite this restriction, we may delete it, and we accept no responsibility for it to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruScripts LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
