This Privacy Policy explains how TruScripts LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as DoseClose ("DoseClose," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses and shares information through our website at doseclose.com (the "Website").

This policy applies only to the Website. It does not apply to the DoseClose platform or to any patient information we process on behalf of healthcare organizations. That information is governed by our client agreements, Business Associate Agreements, and applicable law, including HIPAA.

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form or email us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name,clinic name, clinic address, email address and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our website platform and service providers may automatically collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

Information we do not want. The Website is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI) or any other patient-identifiable information. Please do not include any patient information in forms or emails sent through the Website. If we receive such information, we will delete it.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about DoseClose;

  • evaluate and arrange pilot or business discussions with your organization;

  • operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website;

  • understand how visitors use the Website; and

  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
